Here is quick refashion that I did from an old necktice in my stash. Have gotten lots of compliments on it. I got the idea from this book called "Sew Subversive" by Melissa Rannels, Melissa Alvarado and Hope Meng.It's a definite book for the refashionista....Will use the other end to make a matching neck collar....
